Murals for pediatric offices
My special message of gratitude and a great appreciation to the doctors and all the staff
of this pediatric office in central Connecticut.
These paintings would not have been possible without their support and amazing ideas. 
  
Disney's cartoons are the most favorite theme for kids and grownups. I love them too!
"Jungle Book" mural was created using Disney's new and old cartoon shots and
book illustrations. I had to position each character in a way so that they would be
naturally present in this painting.
It is not so easy to paint on the conjoined walls. There are always some difficulties
for painter to deal with. In this case it was Bagira’s tail. It must look nice and straight
from any point of the room. If I wasn’t so persistent lining it up perfectly,  
Bagira’s tail would look fractured and like she needs a Band-Aid .

PIXAR-Disney theme for this exam room was one of my favorites.
It was a great  thrill for me to watch for the first time two incredibly funny and touching movies “Despicable Me” and “Monsters, Inc.”.
Also, it was very entertaining to design this large 24 foot long mural and to paint the characters. I felt as I was a child and was playing with all of my dear friends and toys.

Some paintings were designed around emergency lights giving each one unforeseen transformation with a fun 3D effect and appearance of an electronic toy.

The additional paintings in these two rooms were created on both sides of previously purchased paper murals. They were designed to bring more psychological interest for the young viewers .

for a waiting room. The smaller mural  was designed

The nursery room mural was put together using "Peter Rabbit" book illustrations.
It is a truly great gift for a family with a baby.

This large mural was done in soft pastel colors for a toddler's bedroom. The idea was taken from the existing quilted bed sheets. So, the whole mural looks like a comfortable cozy blanket wrapped around the room. Each image continuously flows from one wall to another, creating an effect of a surrounding virtual environment.

This trompe-loel mural for children's bathroom transforms ordinary white walls into a living, dynamic environment  Dolphins are dancing in the moonlight. Little yellow fish swim playfully around coral reefs.
